Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp pea protein
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
- Drink up!
