  • Soy milk: 7.1 g protein
  • Frozen banana: 1.3 g protein
  • Cocoa powder: 1.5 g protein
  • Peanut butter: 3.6 g protein
  • Oats: 3.2 g protein
  • Dates: 0.9 g protein
  • Chia seeds: 1.7 g protein
  • Pea protein: 10 g protein

  • Blender


  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp pea protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Drink up!
