Restaurant Menu Consultations
Every year, demand for vegan food surges, with seemingly-exponential growth in self-identified vegans year on year. The food industry is catching up fast, with remarkable innovations and countless alternatives to meat, dairy, eggs, and even honey.
If the restaurant industry is to stay competitive, it's got to meet this growing demand. More and more restaurant patrons are expecting to find vegan options on menus, so it's vital to make those options available and ensure the loyalty of this growing segment of consumers.

Individual Consultations & Meal Plans
My approach to coaching is holistic and adaptive. There are a million ways that a plant-based journey could look like, depending on who's trying it: everyone has a different history and relationship with food, different motivations to change their eating habits and different cultural pressures that might make a shift more or less easy. I believe that it's important to accommodate each person's individual journey.
Following an initial conversation about your context, eating habits and goals, we'll create a plan incorporating specific guidance that suits your needs, such as custom meal plans, shopping guidance, plant-based kitchen basics, and tips for cooking on a budget.
My offerings include:
- Video or email consultation, to discuss anything relating to your plant-based journey. One month of unlimited email support gives you unlimited email communication with me (with a max. 24-hour response time from my side). Single video consults can be booked for various durations, as an individual, a pair or a small group (for a family or group of friends, for example).
- Ready-made meal plans featuring three meals a day plus snacks (with suggested ingredients), or a custom-made meal plan that suits your personal dietary and lifestyle needs. A custom plan includes a 15-minute consultation, to detail your needs.
- Shopping assistance, with a custom shopping guide localised to your area and the shops available to you. This will make it much easier to quickly find the ingredients you need for your plant-based meal plan. As a personal shopping assistant, I can show you where to find the foods you might be looking for, what to look out for in the ingredients, and what foods you might want to try that you've never tried before.
